Deposit policy
Deposits are required for certain services before work begins. Deposits may be used for administrative time, sourcing, research, review, scheduling, onboarding, or preparation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Refund policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once service work, sourcing, research, onboarding, consultation, or administrative processing has started. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case, but AI Solutions does not guarantee refunds once work has begun.
Invoice policy
All services must be confirmed by invoice, receipt, payment confirmation, or written approval before fulfillment. Final balances, custom services, parts orders, additional costs, shipping, taxes, and special requests may be invoiced separately.
Dealership Hub disclosure
Dealership Hub participation is application-based and subject to approval. AI Solutions may help qualified clients pursue wholesale and retail dealership pathways, lot-based solutions where applicable, and optional compliance services. Licensing, dealership approval, auction-related access, financing, sales, profits, tax treatment, and regulatory approval are not guaranteed.
Compliance responsibility
Compliance services from AI Solutions are optional and invoice-based unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients who decline compliance support assume full responsibility for maintaining their own documentation, operating standards, business requirements, licensing obligations, and applicable compliance after setup.
Right to refuse or discontinue service
AI Solutions reserves the right to approve, deny, cancel, pause, or refuse any service, membership, request, or transaction at its discretion. Reasons may include incomplete information, nonpayment, compliance concerns, inappropriate conduct, unavailable services, risk concerns, misrepresentation, or failure to follow policies.
